Welcome Offer Terms & Conditions

  1. The Welcome Offer is valid for new players only.

  2. The offer can be claimed only once per player. 

  3. A minimum deposit of €20 is required to trigger the Welcome Offer.  

  4. The minimum withdrawal from your cash funds is €10 .   

  5. The offer is a 50% real cashback on cash losses up to €400 . Cashback on cash losses is based on a 2-day period of any cash losses incurred up until 23h59 GMT on your 2nd day since making your initial deposit. During the 2-day period, the maximum cashback you can receive from this offer is €400 and maximum bet you can place is €0 to be eligible for the cashback.   

  6. The Welcome Offer must be claimed within 2 days from the time of making your first deposit. This offer ends at 23:59 GMT on the 2nd day since making your initial deposit. The follow-up offers of 10% uncapped will be valid going forward.  

  7. Your cashback will be credited on the 3rd day since making your initial deposit. Should your 3rd day fall on a Saturday or Sunday, your cashback will be credited on the following Monday.  

  8. The ongoing offer is a 10% real cashback on cash losses uncapped. Cashback on cash losses is based on a 7-day period of any cash losses incurred between Monday, 00:01GMT up until Sunday, 23h59 GMT with any qualifying cashback credited the proceeding Monday.  

  9. The maximum bet for cashback is limited to €0. Should you bet higher during the promotional period, you rescind your right to receiving any cashback.  

  10. Your cash deposits can be withdrawn at any time, unless we have reasonable grounds to suspect promotional abuse or irregular play. You can find more about this here.

  11. Cash Losses means your total cash stakes minus any winnings, minus any pending withdrawals, minus any actual withdrawals.    

  12. Only one Welcome Offer is awarded per account, per player, per household, per IP address. We have the right to suspend this offer if you are in breach of this clause.
